In Mozambique the malnutrition rates are high, the mortality rates are elevated, due to malaria; diarrhea and HIV/AIDS is an alarming trend.  What can we do to aid in lowering the malnutrition, mortality, and illness rates?  What could possibly be done to help the Mozambicans prepare for this situation should it arise again?  What areas would need to be considered in the endeavor to help the Mozambicans?

 Your mission should you choose to accept it (which you must!) is to find a way to help the people of Mozambique.
