You will:    
               
1. Define deforestation

2. Resources

3. Types of graphs

4. Data Collection

 

    -- record in your journal all responses, observations, and findings as you seek information throughout your quest for a deforestation solution.

-- keep a log of all outside sources used to gather information including source title, date, and information gathered from the source.

-- work collaboratively with ALL group members...remember you are a TEAM!!!

-- in your journal, define hectare and compare it to an acre.

       
       
        -- write an essay describing the importance of rainforests and why slowing or eliminating deforestation is vital.

-- evaluate your own and your peers' participation in the process...Did all of you work together to create a solution??

-- present your recommendations for eliminating/slowing the rate of deforestation to your peers

-- work with your committee to determine a final solution for the group to present to Mr. E. Cological and Mr. I. BePrez.
